Keith and the kids bought me a new lens for my camera this Christmas. It's a Sigma 70-300 and I finally had a moment to get out this afternoon for a walk. At the end of our street is a forest area, so that's where I headed. Here's some photo's from my walk. Enjoy...

Ahhh...Such lovely photos...I love close ups and unusual views..(I have a dog paw print in sand in my bathroom.)My daughter took some photos of some really long icicles on Boxing day.
The snow and Ice looks pretty but I am glad it has gone in the UK. Enjoy your lens, I'm sure it will pass away many happy hours. I look forward to seeing some more of your photos.
